Vox Populi Ministries is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation organized for charitable, religious, educational, community outreach, relief, family support, youth education, animal welfare support, sustainability, and public benefit purposes.

The organization maintains corporate records, bylaws, board minutes, financial records, donation records, compliance filings, and governance records as part of its nonprofit administration.  Vox Populi Ministries has filed formation records with the California Secretary of State and has submitted initial charitable registration information with the California Department of Justice Registry of Charities and Fundraisers.

The corporation is committed to using its funds, property, donations, grants, and resources exclusively for nonprofit purposes and not for private gain.

Federal tax-exempt status

Vox Populi Ministries is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Charitable contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
